- Do you check that the parts I pick fit together?
- Yes. In the configurator compatibility is checked on the server at every step: processor and board socket, memory type, graphics card length, cooler height, power supply wattage and case format. We assemble the build to your design, install the system and burn it in at our Písek workshop.
- Can I buy just the parts and build the PC myself?
- Of course, every part is sold on its own. If unsure about the choice, go through the configurator, which offers only parts that fit together, and order the parts without assembly. We also advise on replacing single parts in an existing PC.
- How fast do you deliver parts and what does shipping cost?
- Parts in stock ship within 1 to 2 working days, delivery is free from 6 000 CZK. Parts on order from a supplier usually arrive within 21 days, we do not offer longer lead times. Pickup in Písek is possible by appointment.
- What is the warranty on components?
- New parts carry the statutory 24-month consumer warranty, for companies as per the terms of business. Used parts from the bazaar have at least a 12-month warranty and every piece carries a condition grade A, B or C. Claims are handled through our service in Písek.
