High structural strength
RMA has a robust welded construction. High-quality workmanship and the latest technology ensure an excellent appearance of the cabinet. The uprights have a new shape, are wider and are made of 1.3 mm thick material.
Flexible door opening
A proprietary hinge system allows the doors to open at an angle of 165°. The doors can be easily removed and reconfigured to open on the opposite side. Double-leaf doors are fitted with lift-off hinges.
Glass
Sheet metal doors with bonded glass are made of 4 mm thick toughened safety glass, which withstands common impacts. When broken, it forms many small fragments like automotive glass. For safety reasons, we recommend closing the doors after installing equipment in the cabinet enclosure so that collisions with other objects cannot occur. The glass used has been tested in a certified laboratory and meets the requirements of the standard ČSN EN 12150-1+A: Glass in building – Thermally toughened soda lime silicate safety glass. The tested glass complies with the standard for glass fragmentation after breakage, Certificate of Conformity CQ-24-2023, Test Report IKATES 58A-2024.
Tritón handles
We manufacture our own handles for rack cabinets. By replacing the plastic module (not included in the delivery) a half-cylinder lock insert (optional accessory) can also be fitted. Patent: PUV 2013-27443.
Adjustable vertical rails
19" vertical rails can be continuously adjusted to any depth of the cabinet. This simplifies equipment installation and the organization of interconnecting cables.
Removable side panels and rear cover
RMA is a cabinet with a welded frame, with removable side panels and a rear cover. Locks are attached to the frame, standardly with a single key.
Doors for ventilation units
For this type of cabinet, special sheet metal doors can be ordered with provision for mounting RAx-CH-X0x-X3 ventilation units. More information can be found in the Active cooling section.
Opening for ventilation unit
A large opening covered by a knockout blank allows the Tritón ventilation unit to be installed and removed from outside the cabinet without the use of screws.
Castors, leveling feet, plinth
The cabinet can be placed on leveling feet (included in the delivery), or, using optional equipment, on a plinth, castors, or heavy-duty castors with a reinforcing frame.
Rear side of the cabinet
On the rear wall of the cabinet there are two cable entries covered by knockout blanks. One is near the upper edge and the other near the lower edge of the cover. Further cable entries are on the roof and at the base of the cabinet.
Frame perforation
RMA cabinets have a perforated frame to ensure access of cooling air to the installed technologies. Cooling can be supported by installing ventilation units.
Bonding
All detachable parts are bonded to one another in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standard.
Central pair of vertical rails
For cabinets deeper than 800 mm, we supply a third pair of vertical rails as standard equipment for mounting technology. Thanks to their open profile, they do not restrict the installation of deeper equipment. Shorter equipment can be attached to the central vertical rail using various types of supports (optional accessory).
Accessories in the uprights
The uprights have mounting holes along the inner edges over their full height. The holes are at the unit pitch of the vertical rails and can be used for mounting certain types of accessories.

Distribution panels
PDUs can be installed in the cabinet uprights using a bracket (optional accessory).
RAX-VP-Xxx-X1 Cable management bar set
For cabinets loaded with more than 500 kg, we recommend adding a set of cable management bars, which also serve as stiffeners.
Swing-out frame
RMA cabinets 800 mm wide can be equipped with a swing-out frame with a load capacity of 150 kg. The maximum usable depth for 19" accessories is 330 mm.
