Description
Industrial label printer for warehouses, manufacturing and shipping
The Zebra ZT411 prints labels, tags and tickets up to 104 mm wide by thermal transfer and direct thermal printing. The 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) version prints at speeds of up to 356 mm/s. Its all-metal frame, large media rolls and 450 m ribbons make it a printer for operations that print all day – in shipping, in manufacturing or in the warehouse.

Easy side loading
The all-metal print mechanism is loaded from the side; the two-wing door needs, according to the manufacturer, 35% less space to open. Gold-marked points show where the media and ribbon are set.
A display that shows what is happening
The 4.3" colour touch display shows the printer status with colour-coded warnings, so operators immediately see when media or ribbon is running low. Settings can be made directly on the display.
Two sensors and automatic calibration
The printer has both a transmissive and a reflective media sensor (gaps, notches, black marks) and calibrates itself automatically after power-on or after the head is closed. 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash memory hold formats, fonts and graphics.
Media and operation
The printer works with rolls 25.4–114 mm wide and 0.058–0.25 mm thick, ribbons 51–110 mm wide and up to 450 m long. According to the manufacturer, it is designed for original Zebra consumables and original printheads. Need a different resolution? We also offer the Zebra ZT411 300 dpi.
