Desktop label printer with Ethernet for thermal transfer
The Zebra ZD230t is a 4-inch desktop printer that prints via ribbon (thermal transfer). It prints at 203 dpi at a speed of up to 152 mm/s with a width of 104 mm, and connects to a computer or network via USB and Ethernet. The manufacturer designates it for transport and logistics, light manufacturing, retail and healthcare – for labels, tags, tickets and receipts.

Easy media loading
The OpenACCESS hinged cover opens like a clamshell, so you can replace the label roll and ribbon quickly. The double-walled construction gives the printer strength for years of operation.
Simple operation
The printer has one status LED and one button for feed and pause – you can see the printer's status at a glance. The Print DNA software on the Link-OS Basic platform makes setup and management easier.
Media and accessories
The printer uses roll and fanfold labels, die-cut and continuous, with or without black mark, tag stock and receipt paper. For thermal transfer it requires a ribbon up to 109 mm wide. Among spare parts we offer a platen roller for ZD220/ZD230. The direct thermal version without ribbon is available as the Zebra ZD230d.
