Description
Desktop label printer with Ethernet for direct thermal printing
The Zebra ZD230d is a 4-inch desktop printer for direct thermal printing – it needs no ribbon, only heat-sensitive labels or receipt paper. It prints at 203 dpi at speeds of up to 152 mm/s over a width of 104 mm, and connects to a computer or network via USB and Ethernet. The manufacturer intends it for transport and logistics, light manufacturing, retail and healthcare – for labels, tags, tickets and receipts.

Easy media loading
The OpenACCESS hinged cover opens like a clamshell, so you can load a new label roll in moments. The dual-wall construction gives the printer strength for years of operation.
Simple operation
The printer has one status LED and one button for feed and pause – you can see the printer's status at a glance. The Print DNA software on the Link-OS Basic platform makes setup and management easier.
Media and accessories
The printer uses heat-sensitive labels on rolls or fanfold, die-cut and continuous, with or without black mark, and receipt thermal paper 25.4–112 mm wide. From spare parts we offer a platen roller for the ZD220/ZD230. The thermal transfer version (printing via ribbon) is available as the Zebra ZD230t.
