Description
A card printer that fits anywhere
The Zebra ZC100 prints single-sided in colour and black-and-white on plastic CR80 cards – staff and visitor badges, membership cards, access passes or loyalty cards. It prints at 300 dpi edge to edge, up to 150 colour (YMCKO) or 700 black-and-white cards per hour. It is a plug & play printer: connect it and print.
What the printer can do
- Sublimation / thermal transfer printing directly onto the card, in colour and monochrome
- 300 dpi resolution, edge-to-edge printing on CR80 cards
- Input and output hoppers for 100 cards each (0.76 mm), the feeder adjusts automatically to card thickness
- Manual feeding of individual cards with backlit guide
- Ribbon in a cartridge with a chip – insert it in one motion and the printer reports when it is running low
- Cover lock and Kensington slot, printer authentication against the computer and AES encryption
- CardStudio card design software included in the package
Ribbons and cleaning
The printer works only with original Zebra ribbons. For colour cards we offer the YMCKO ribbon for 200 cards for the ZC100 and ZC300 and, for maintenance, the cleaning kit with 5 cards for the ZC100/ZC300. A cleaning roller is part of each ribbon. The manufacturer further lists a half YMCKO ribbon (400 cards) and monochrome ribbons for 1,500–2,000 cards.
