Description
Colour A3 multifunction for workgroups – with floor stand and 2nd tray
Xerox VersaLink C7100 prints, copies and scans up to A3 format, and handles e-mail or cloud destinations directly from the control panel. It is the base model of the C7120 / C7125 / C7130 series: the speed of 20, 25 or 30 ppm (A4 according to ISO/IEC 24734) is determined by the initialisation kit, which is purchased separately. As standard it has a single-pass duplex document feeder for 130 sheets with scanning up to 80 images/min, automatic duplex printing and a 7" touch display. This configuration holds 1,140 sheets of paper.

The configuration you are buying
Configuration S: base unit on a floor stand with one additional 520-sheet tray, hard disk and centre output tray (Centre Tray). The stand also serves as storage space for toners and other consumables. Total paper capacity is 1,140 sheets (2 × 520 sheets + 100-sheet bypass tray). The configuration can be extended later – for example with a 60-envelope envelope tray or a high-capacity feeder for 2,000 sheets of A4.
For a shared workspace
The machine is intended for small and medium-sized workgroups. The manufacturer recommends an average volume of 5,500 / 6,250 / 7,000 pages per month; the maximum monthly load is 87,000 / 107,000 / 129,000 pages. Xerox Standard Accounting tracks copying, printing, scanning and fax by user.
Toner and operation
The machine uses genuine Xerox toners for the VersaLink C71xx: black 006R01828 with a yield of 31,300 pages, and cyan 006R01829, magenta 006R01830 and yellow 006R01831, 18,500 pages each (ISO/IEC 19798). Also the drum 013R00688 and the waste toner container 115R00128 for 30,000 pages. Extensions: 520-sheet tray, 520-sheet tray with stand, 3 × 520-sheet module and desk-top work surface.
