Description
Colour A3 multifunction for work groups – desktop model
The Xerox VersaLink C7100 prints, copies and scans up to A3 format and handles e-mail or cloud destinations directly from the control panel. It is the base model of the C7120 / C7125 / C7130 series: the speed of 20, 25 or 30 pages/min (A4 according to ISO/IEC 24734) is determined by the initialisation kit, which is purchased separately. As standard it has a single-pass duplex document feeder for 130 sheets with scanning up to 80 images/min, automatic duplex printing and a 7" touchscreen. This configuration holds 620 sheets of paper.

The configuration you are buying
Desktop base unit without a stand and without additional trays. According to the manufacturer, the hard drive and the dual output tray are optional for the desktop model. The total paper capacity is 620 sheets (tray 1 for 520 sheets + manual feeder for 100 sheets). The configuration can be expanded later – for example with an envelope tray for 60 envelopes or a high-capacity feeder for 2,000 sheets of A4.
For a shared workspace
The machine is intended for small and medium-sized work groups. The manufacturer recommends an average volume of 5,500 / 6,250 / 7,000 pages per month; the maximum monthly load is 87,000 / 107,000 / 129,000 pages. Xerox Standard Accounting tracks copying, printing, scanning and fax by user.
Toner and operation
The machine uses genuine Xerox toners for the VersaLink C71xx: black 006R01828 with a yield of 31,300 pages, and cyan 006R01829, magenta 006R01830 and yellow 006R01831 at 18,500 pages each (ISO/IEC 19798). Also the drum 013R00688 and the waste container 115R00128 for 30,000 pages. Expansions: 520-sheet tray, 520-sheet tray with stand, 3 × 520-sheet module and a worktable.
