Description
Black-and-white A3 multifunction for work groups – with 4 paper trays
The Xerox VersaLink B7100 prints, copies and scans up to A3 size, and handles e-mail or cloud directly from the control panel. It is the base machine of the B7125 / B7130 / B7135 series: the speed of 25, 30 or 35 ppm (A4 per ISO/IEC 24734) is determined by the initialisation kit, which is purchased separately. As standard it has a single-pass duplex document feeder for 130 sheets with scanning up to 80 images/min, automatic duplex printing and a 7" touchscreen. This configuration holds 2,180 sheets of paper.

The configuration you are buying
Configuration T: base unit with a three-tray module (3 × 520 sheets), hard disk and centre output tray (Centre Tray) – four paper cassettes in total plus a manual feeder. Total paper capacity is 2,180 sheets (4 × 520 sheets + 100-sheet manual feeder). The configuration can be expanded later – for example with an envelope tray for 60 envelopes or a high-capacity feeder for 2,000 sheets of A4.
For a shared workspace
The machine is designed for small and medium-sized work groups. The manufacturer recommends an average volume of 13,000 / 15,000 / 17,000 pages per month; the maximum monthly load is 107,000 / 129,000 / 153,000 pages. Xerox Standard Accounting tracks copying, printing, scanning and fax by user.
Toner and operation
The machine uses the genuine black Xerox 006R01819 toner with a yield of 34,300 pages (ISO/IEC 19752) and the 013R00687 drum with a life of approximately 80,000 pages. Expansions: 520-sheet tray, 520-sheet tray with stand, 3 × 520-sheet module and desk work surface.
