Description
Colour multifunction printer with fast duplex scanning and a large display
Xerox C305ae prints, copies, scans and faxes in colour. It prints up to 30 ppm according to ISO/IEC 24734, and duplex printing is automatic. The duplex document feeder (DADF) scans up to 92 images/min in black and white and 40 images/min in colour. It is operated from a 4.3" colour touchscreen and connects via Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Gigabit Ethernet or USB. The manufacturer recommends it for 750–5,000 pages per month.

Large touchscreen
The 4.3" colour screen with function icons simplifies copying, scanning, faxing and job management. The Xerox Easy Assist application makes installation and administration easier.
Paper tray
The 250-sheet tray accepts sizes from A6 to Legal and envelopes (60–162 g/m²); heavier paper up to 200 g/m² is loaded via the manual feeder. With additional trays it holds up to 751 sheets.
Toner and operation
The package includes return-programme toners for 2,000 pages black and 1,200 pages colour. Genuine Xerox toners for the C240–C305 series: standard-capacity black for 1,300 pages, cyan, magenta and yellow for 1,200 pages; high-capacity black for 3,000 pages, cyan, magenta and yellow for 2,500 pages.
