Description
Compact color multifunction with fax for small offices and teams
Xerox C303a prints, copies, scans and faxes in color on A4. It prints 30 ppm in color and black-and-white (per ISO/IEC 24734), automatically duplexes, and delivers the first page in 8.3 s black-and-white / 8.6 s color. Originals are read by a single-pass duplex document feeder for 50 sheets, which scans both sides of a sheet at once. It connects via Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Gigabit Ethernet and USB and is operated via a 2.8" touchscreen. The manufacturer recommends an average of up to 5,000 pages per month.

Paper and media
The main tray holds 250 sheets of plain paper with a weight of 60–162 g/m² and sizes from 94 × 148 mm to 216 × 356 mm (Legal). The manual feed for one sheet handles heavier paper up to 200 g/m², envelopes or labels. The output tray holds 100 sheets. For larger volumes, up to two 250-sheet trays can be added, bringing the total capacity to 751 sheets.
Controls
The 2.8" color touchscreen gives access to copying, scanning and fax in a few taps. You can also manage the printer from your phone via the Xerox Easy Assist app; a USB port on the front is used for printing and scanning from a flash drive.
Toner and operation
The printer comes with starter toners for 1,300 pages black, 1,200 pages per color (ISO/IEC 19798). Replacement original Xerox toners in standard capacity: black 006R05067 for 1,300 pages, cyan 006R05068, magenta 006R05069 and yellow 006R05070, each for 1,200 pages. In high capacity: black 006R05087 for 3,000 pages, cyan 006R05088, magenta 006R05089 and yellow 006R05090, each for 2,500 pages. Used toner is collected in the replaceable waste container 008R08165 for 15,000 pages.
