Description
Black-and-white 3-in-1 multifunction for small offices
Xerox B305 prints, copies and scans in colour to A4 format. It prints 38 ppm (per ISO/IEC 24734), automatically duplex, and delivers the first page in 5.8 s. A 50-sheet automatic document feeder reads originals, it is operated via a 2.8" colour touchscreen, and it connects via Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Ethernet and USB. The manufacturer recommends an average of up to 6,000 pages per month.

Touch control
2.8" colour touchscreen gives access to copying and scanning in a few taps. The Xerox Easy Assist app simplifies installation and management from a phone.
Easy toner replacement
The front door opens fully, and both the toner and the imaging drum are replaced from the front. Toner and drum are separate, so you only replace what is actually used up.
Toner and running costs
The toner supplied with the printer is rated by the manufacturer for 1,500 pages (ISO/IEC 19798). Replacement original Xerox toners for B310/B305/B315: standard 006R04379 for 3,000 pages, high-capacity 006R04380 for 8,000 pages and extra high-capacity 006R04381 for 20,000 pages. The drum is replaced separately – imaging drum 013R00690 lasts approximately 40,000 pages. Paper capacity can be increased with the optional 550-sheet tray 497N07968.
