WMF Profi Resist high frying pan

High Frying Pan Profi Resist 28 cm
The WMF Profi Resist range combines the best properties of stainless steel pans and non-stick pans. The pans are made of a three-layer material: an aluminium core, stainless steel on the inside and extremely durable chrome steel on the outside. This material distributes heat evenly and is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. The PermaDur non-stick surface is protected by a raised honeycomb-shaped stainless steel structure. Profi Resist pans are ideal for anything you want to fry quickly and vigorously.
PermaDur surface: multi-layer material, high non-stick properties and extreme scratch resistance. Heat resistant up to 260°C. PFOA-free, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The honeycomb structure allows ideal fat distribution - very good non-stick properties, crispy frying results and even browning.
Use: suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.
