The Ubiquiti UniFi Access Elevator Starter Kit G3 is a professional kit for authorization and access control in elevators within the UniFi Access ecosystem. It communicates with the readers inside the cab using power and data transmission over PoE and provides full control of floor selection for up to 18 floors. The control unit has dedicated digital inputs for monitoring the current state of the cab, its position, and emergency detection.
The package contains the central Elevator Hub, the advanced G3 Reader contactless reader (supporting NFC, Apple/Google Wallet and mobile phone unlocking), practical two-wire PoE extenders for transmission over existing cabling, and a set of ten access cards.
Installation of the entire system is very quick and easy, and offers simple management of users, visitors, schedules and levels, or access permissions via the UniFi Access Controller. The new generation has a PoE budget of 45 W.
