The Passive PoE switch RP108GE (TL-RP108GE) has seven Gigabit PoE input ports that allow you to draw electrical power from user outlets using PoE injectors. Equipped with one PoE output port, the switch can power a CPE or similar device via Port 8. The DC output port supports both 5 V and 12 V voltages and can therefore be used to power devices such as an ONT. By integrating data switching and PoE power into a single device, the RP108GE saves space, minimizes the number of cables and eliminates the need for a dedicated power outlet - reducing installation costs and simplifying the installation of PoE devices.
Note: The PoE input ports support passive 24V and 48V PoE injectors. Use only one type of injector, do not combine different voltage levels. The voltage level of the passive PoE output port is the same as the voltage of the selected PoE input injector
