Description
Test strips are used to measure the calcium hardness of water. Dip the strip into the water for one second and shake off the excess water. The strips change color, and after approximately one minute the color is compared with the scale printed on the package.
The ideal calcium content is 190 - 270 mg/l. If the water is too hard or, conversely, too soft, special water-softening products must be used.
The strip is suitable for measuring water hardness for washing machines or dishwashers.
