Description
Fast black-and-white multifunction printer with fax for medium-sized workgroups
The Lexmark MX532adwe prints, copies, scans (including in colour) and faxes in A4 format. It prints 44 ppm (A4, according to ISO) and delivers the first page in 6 s. The 100-sheet document feeder scans both sides at once at up to 98 pages per minute. It holds 650 sheets of paper as standard and connects via Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi and USB; the manufacturer recommends it for 2,000–15,000 pages per month.

Touch control
The 4.3" e-Task colour touchscreen is, according to the manufacturer, designed for frequent use and meets accessibility standards. Toner replacement and other maintenance are guided by colour-coded instructions and the manufacturer's instructional videos.
Paper for the whole team
The 550-sheet tray and the 100-sheet multipurpose feeder hold 650 sheets. Additional 250- or 550-sheet trays (including lockable ones) increase capacity up to 2,300 sheets. The printer can be placed on an adjustable stand or a rotating cabinet.
Toner and operation
The package includes a starter toner for 5,000 pages and an imaging unit for 75,000 pages. Replacement toners: 66S2H00 return program, 28,400 pages, 66S0HA0, 28,400 pages (non-return program), and the smaller 66S2000 return program, 5,000 pages. Imaging unit for 75,000 pages: 66S0Z00 return program or 66S0ZA0. Yields according to ISO/IEC 19752.
