Description
Fast black-and-white printer for medium-sized workgroups
The Lexmark MS631dw prints in black and white on A4 at 47 ppm (per ISO), delivers the first page in 6 s and handles duplex printing automatically. As standard it holds 650 sheets of paper, and the highest-capacity toner lasts up to 31,000 pages. It connects via Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi and USB; the manufacturer recommends it for 2,000–20,000 pages per month.

Clear controls
The 2.8" colour touchscreen is, according to the manufacturer, designed for frequent use and meets accessibility standards. Toner replacement and maintenance are guided by colour-coded instructions.
Remote management
The printer can be managed remotely – settings, configuration, consumables and diagnostics – and its firmware can be updated to the latest security features. The steel frame provides durability for long-term operation.
Toner and operation
The package includes a starter toner for 5,000 pages and an imaging unit for 75,000 pages. Replacement toners from the return programme: 66S2X00 for 31,000 pages and 66S2000 for 5,000 pages. Imaging unit for 75,000 pages: 66S0Z00 from the return programme or 66S0ZA0. The printer can be placed on an adjustable stand or a rotating cabinet.
